Refund Policy

1. Digital Products & Refunds

All of our products are digital coloring templates delivered instantly by email and download link. Because digital content can be accessed and copied immediately, it cannot be returned in the way a physical item can. For this reason, all sales are final once the template has been delivered.

2. When We Will Issue a Refund

We stand behind the quality of our templates and want every customer to be satisfied. We will gladly issue a refund if:

• The download doesn’t work. If you cannot access or download your templates and our support team is unable to fix the problem, we will refund you in full.
• You were charged by mistake. If you are charged for an order you did not place, contact us right away and we will investigate and refund where appropriate.
• The file is defective. If your template file is corrupted or unreadable and we cannot provide a working replacement, we will refund you.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase and include:

• The email address used for the order.
• The name of the template pack.
• A short description of the problem.

We aim to respond to every request within 1–2 business days.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment provider, Dodo Payments. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

We put care and creativity into every template, and we genuinely want you to enjoy coloring them. If something isn’t right, please reach out — we will always do our best to make it right.
